It's sitting on the counter for now. I want one of those nice stand up paper holders. Honestly, I don't really care if it's over or under. I know that it drives some people crazy if not done a certain way.

I don't care which way it is sitting on the holder. Right now we have it just sitting on the toilet tank. The holder is in a very awkward to reach position. Because of how it's attached to the wall, it can't be moved without ripping the wall up, so I just don't bother with it.

Over, normally I would personally never care, but my goodness my women will not have it any other way, it has to be "over". Whenever I would forget and it was the opposite way, oh yeah, she would say something lol.
