Ha. Yeah, I'm not in love with my job because the customers are just brutal sometimes.

Not that Eden wouldn't be a fun place to work, it would be.
However, I love my job. I am working my calling and I love the work, the people I work with, the patients and the fact that I get to do what really matters to me and what I am passionate about.

I used to, but I just "retired" from around 17 years of UNIX system administration and refocused my career on database administration. Now I absolutely LOVE going to work again!

I used to love my job and in a way I still do but I mostly hate it. I work inconvenient hours and don't get many when I do work. I want to try and start doing something I can do from home.

I am seriously burnt out with my retail/production business. I have done this for only 14 years, but owning a business in this economy is a lot stressful. I also do not have the physical capability to make huge signs anymore. I love the computer work and designing but the rest is just old. I am hanging in there, I do have a job and some work, that is doing better than a lot of folks now!
Work at Edens??? In a heartbeat. I am always on here anyway, so productively working for them would be a great bonus.
I love my other business, restoring vintage bikes, but that is a hit or miss. You do not always get the right bike when you need one. And my vintage parts sales is going super slow right now...good old economy again!!

Nope I love my job I am home and can make my own hours. I just hate when it is slow I tend to bore easily. Thank god for Eden it has helped me out since I been on here.

Hell ya I hate my job, or more to the point I HATE my boss. He is the biggest asshole I have ever worked for and has no clue what preventative maintenance is. His motto is to fix it anyway you can so that production does not stop. Bailing wire, duct tape and welding are all used to fix things that should be fixed right beforehand. Fucking idiot!
An example of his thinking. We had an electrician working on the main transformer (480 volts) and he touched the wrong wire by mistake and it blew him across the room. Pretty serious injury and he was rushed to the ER. Before he was even in the ambulance my boss was asking what needed to be done so that we could get back to work.
I am pretty mellow when it comes to wishing bad things on folks but this guy needs to bite a bullet...I might even pull the trigger for him.

The service industry is killing me. I resent being treated like I am retarded simply for the place I work. I am almost all the way through a 4 year degree damn it, please do not assume you must speak to me slowly and loudly. This assumption works with the managers' assumption that all of their workers are lazy to make my day hell for 8 hours five days a week. So, yeah, I hate my job. Can't wait for that last year of school to get payed for so I can quit and go work ANYWHERE else.

I like my job, for the most part. The problem is when customers don't want to listen to me or get aggressive when I tell them what they don't want to hear. I probably wouldn't care if the merchandise wasn't freaking ALIVE. If you love pets, actually working in the pet industry can be very, very stressful.
Though I would love to work for EF, or any good sex shop, really. I'm actually debating looking for work next time I visit the shops downtown.
