LOL yeah there is a neighborhood watch much like what michael said. There's also the 'neighborhood watch' them kill someone but no one ever saw anything.

I don't think I've ever seen Neighborhood Watch in any of the five or six places I've lived in California, let alone have one on my street.

I don't think so. The only neighborhood I lived in that supposedly had one was a trailer park where most of my neighbors were suspicious anyway.
