I won't buy anything from Apple until they fix the issues with their factories. They have the power to make huge positive changes in the world, without significantly impacting their enormous profits, and yet they continue to let horrific conditions flourish while their execs make huge salaries.

Yep, I have had mine since they originally came out, that first gen lasted me like 4 years before I dropped it and broke the screen, then I replaced it with a iphone4. I love it, a few years running on iPhone and I caved and bought a macbook too. I love apple.

my Husband has one and I have to wait until December. I want one!!! My husband is legally blind and before his iPhone he could never text and I could never text him. But now he has siri to read it to him and it has brought him into this century!!!

Good for you! I got my iPhone as a birthday gift and probably would not have chosen an Apple product were it my personal choice. I remember reading last year about a factory in China that makes iPhones where they had to install a safety net all around the outside of the building because workers were jumping to their deaths because of the terrible conditions. After that I vowed to never buy another Apple product, and yet here I am...

Yes. I really dont need a smartphone. I just got one too I only needed a phone to talk and had a cheap nokia. I had an ipod touch and I lost my nokia and went to att store and all they had was smartphones. and i pick the iphone becuase it was like my ipod touch without the phone. and I tried playing with a friends android it just to complicated apple is simple.

I used to have an iPhone, but now I have an Android and I love it. I like that I have the freedom to do what I want and not be tied down to Apple for everything.
