My husband purchased me the IPhone 4S when it came out last year. He stood in line for over an hour and a half to get it. Now, I would normally NEVER do this (niether would he), but my previous phone had broken, and I wanted the 4S. The AT&T clerk told me it could be WEEKS before they were able to restock (anywhere) if it ran out. I knew that was the phone I wanted, and I HAD to have a phone for my job (I'm on-call). So, poor Matthew stood with all those people outside. He spent (all told) $400.00 between the phone, case and insurance.
Otherwise, I would have waited 'till the insane masses of IPhone-ites dispersed before getting one. I generally don't abide by the "I must have it NOW" mentality
Anyway, I digress...I LVE my IPhone 4S. I will be getting the next incarnation of IPhone (husband told me they're coming out with the 5 version). I just love it. It's worth more than gold to me

I only have a regular cell phone because it's for emergencies only, I don't use it much.

No, I'm poor folk,lol. I have a Droid X2 but all I can do is use it for the internet if there is a wireless connection. I had to go back to my "un-smart" phone for the time being. I miss using the Droid and having internet service but I can't afford a plan with the internet on it right now.

Yes. It's prepaid though. I just put my Go Phone chip inside and don't have wifi unless I'm at a hot spot.

Too expensive to have them on a plan, I just have a basic phone that has a good qwerty keyboard and takes pics. That's all I need.
