I love bananas, and it one of only 3 fruits i can safely eat with my severe IC. Plus the work great in banana bread and smothies. Also can be fun to eat in a suguestive way.

I prefer them when they're almost green. Something about the extra mushiness of an actually ripe one grosses me out, but the flavor is great.
