I usually only use them in soups and stews. They are necessary in Guinness beef stew.

Nooooo, they're one of the few veggies that I just can't stand! Most radishes, parsnips, turnips, augh. I don't know what it is about the flavor, but they just don't sit well with me.

I like cutting them really thin, tossing them with some oil, salt, pepper, and whatever spices I have on hand and baking them. They come out like fries, without the guilt!
