I recently read an article about the Millennial generation and their purchasing patterns. One thing that jumped out was that, according to the article, a lot of young adults today don't have cars, or even want them. How about you?

I'm 23, and I do own a car. However, I wish I lived somewhere with public transit and didn't have to.

I'm 19 and don't want a care. I don't know how to drive. I use the bus, save tons of money, and it's much safer. People in LA don't know how to drive...they've actually hit buses I was in :/

I'm 20 and I'm still in the process of learning to drive. You'd think with all the video games I play I'd be better at this, but I was never one for racing simulators and it's proving to be a very long extended process to get to the points that I know what to do without freaking out.

There ain't no save states in real life!

Geez. I have my age posted in my public profile. Admitting my age has never bothered me before. I look a lot younger than I am, and I don't feel as old as my chronological age. Somehow, though, just having to check the "I am over 30 and...." box makes me feel ancient today.

I'm 21 and I've owned two cars. I owned my very first car I bought when I was 16. I paid for it in full with cash. I sold it when I went to college. Now I own a car that was previously my mom's car. It's technically still registered in her name though, for financial reasons.

I've got a Chevy Malibu. It's my third car, but the first one I bought when I was 17 for $400 and named it The Grill-less Bastard, if that tells you anything about it ahahaha. The second was the same age as me, that my dad fixed up and I then crashed...

In my early 20s I had no need for a car because I lived and worked in an area with great public transportation. Where I live now that just isn't the case, so we need to have a car.
