I like capris. Shorts always end up being too long to look right on me, capris are much easier to fold the bottoms to where I want them.

I actually ONLY wear skirts, all year round. I've never been a fan of the way pants/short feel.

Skirts or dresses, all the way. I rarely even wear shorts. I find a skirt or dress far more comfy. I probably wear shorts once every two weeks. The rest of the time I'm wearing a skirt or dress.

I dont really own skirts, so shorts.. but I only have two pairs. I have chafing issues, so skirts get painful
