Do you spell it 'grey' or 'gray'?

Usually Grey unless it has to be Gray, like if it was the name of a place or last name.

I'm also Canadian, but I spell it gray. Mainly because I prefer the way it looks. I used to always get corrected on it in school.

I was reading Victorian literature before I ever noticed the differences in spelling, so I've always written it as "grey". It's never a word that's brought up in school (even in spelling lessons), so I've never had any teachers try to correct me.

Depends in what language I'm writing. Originally "gray" is British whilst "grey" is American.
