We were on a family fishing trip this past weekend and decided we'd all go down for a little siesta and I was out for 2 hrs and everyone else for 3! Ahh vacation!

But often I will have a little nap in the afternoons when I can.

On the days I don't work, I tend to siesta if I can. I have fibromyalgia and get severely fatigued. I just feel better if I can rest for a short while in the afternoon.

Obviously, I can't do this when I'm working, unless I see a client in the morning and have my afternoon free. Money, working and then a nap! The best days for me!

There are rare days when I'm able to fall asleep after classes and before work. Afternoon is when my energy levels are highest though. Even when I'm exhausted, like today, I can't sleep in the afternoon easily.

I don't nap well, I never have unless I'm exhausted or very sick. Usually I don't find the need to.
