I have some sitting there. I tend to always forget.
I forget to take mine, too, and then by the end of the day (or usually much sooner) I feel like dying. Like right now, I forgot to take mine and I can barely keep my eyes open. I hate having chronic anemia (it persists no matter my diet or vitamin intake). The vitamins are only a temporary fix and even then, they don't work entirely. The dark circles under my eyes make me look like a zombie or a drug addict.
I just started taking a raw whole food multivitamin supplement. I was so excited about it that I got a pill box so I wouldn't forget. I also take biotin and usually add a green superfood powder or hemp protein powder to my smoothies.

I take a women's multi-vitamin, since I know I don't eat very healthy and I want to at least attempt to get proper nutrition. It's also supposed to be good for my hair, skin, and nails, but I don't see a difference.
I try to remember vitamins and such daily... But I'm not very good at it. I also have high-dosage iron supplements I need to take, but I usually remember it every few days... It works well enough, though.
