I don't mind using cold, however I prefer warm usually.

I'm not particular and don't think about it.

I feel like I'm always pleasantly surprised when the water comes out hot, and I brush my teeth that way.

I don't actively try to use hot water unless I'm sick, I just came back from the dentist, my tooth brush is new, I just had sex with someone I don't know, etc. mouth-ly circumstances.

Otherwise, however it comes out I'll use it
