Ok so since finding Eden a couple months ago I've been surprised at the number of anime fans out there. Are we all just magically flocking to one another or are there more out there then I realized?

A good anime is a great thing. I enjoy watching regularly. It's definitely becoming more mainstream which will mean finding more people who are into it these days.

Yes, I'll watch it from time to time. Just finished rewatching Chobits and Fruits Basket. I like light stuff like that. My bf recommended Last Exile to me, it's more action packed than I'm used to though (but I loved Evangelion!!!)

We watch lots! We're VERY picky though, we don't bother with most of the popular crap. We do love crappy ecchi though, it's not sexy, more dumb and entertaining.

As an artist myself who aims to work in the animation industry, I have a very big soft spot for good anime.

I rather like it, though I have to watch it in subtitles. To each their own, but I have always felt that dubbed anime tends to lose a little bit of the characters' personalities and the humour is altered to suit Western tastes in some cases. That, and the clever word-based jokes tend to be completely left behind because there's no English equivalent.

I like various genres myself. Slice-of-life is my favourite, and I enjoy various magical girl style shows... But I'm not opposed to a good horror or suspense show, either. I guess it's like my taste in music; I like particular examples within each genre.

There are a couple of shows I watch, like Bleach, but I'm not into a great deal of it. I should probably check out more, but it's not something that's on TV, so it means finding the time to download it first.
