I wear glasses. I don't think I can ever stick something in my eye (especially my fingers, the hands are so dirty!), so contacts are out. I started wearing glasses around 4/5 years ago. I love wearing glasses

I should be wearing glasses... does that count?

My glasses got badly scratched up (beyond repair) about a month ago, so I haven't worn them since. But, my vision isn't great.... I'm very near sighted. Time to get into the eye doctor, I think.

I've worn glasses for years. I tried contact lenses once, but my eyes seem to hate having foreign objects stuck to their surface - go figure. They'd turn red and would water, especially in sunlight.
I don't like the hygiene factor of it either; yes, you wash your hands and you clean the lenses, but it always felt... Inadequate?

I prefer wearing glasses anyhow. I don't feel like myself without them.

My eyes are perfect, but after staring at a computer monitor for a little while my eyes are very slow to re-adjust back to seeing things clearly far away, so I use cheap reading glasses when at the computer.

I seem to remember someone in my youth saying that a particular activity would make me blind... So now I not only use bi-focals, I even need reading glasses! But I just won't stop "that activity" LOL!

I haven't been to an eye doctor in years, but if I remember right I'm supposed to be wearing glasses with one really strong lens and one weak lens to balance out the vision in my lazy eye and take the stress off the good one.
