I have a big problem with people smoking around me because I have a really bad sensitivity to it. I get horrible sinus headaches and it's really hard to shake. I wish I wasn't like that, but it's not something I can help.

Yeah, I understand, I am wickedly sensitive to it, too. One whiff & I am sick for hours, maybe days, depending on how bad a migraine it gives me! I also get an asthma attack, so all around bad idea for me to be near smoke! People sometimes think it's just a preference, not a necessity, for me to avoid it.

I'm a smoker, so it doesn't really bother me. If the smoke off a burning cigarette is consistently going in my face it does. Other than that, no problem.

Don't like it. I don't smoke. Weed smells ok though. Cigarettes smell nasty.

I absolutely hate it. I find it very inconsiderate that people do it in public. I have very adverse reactions to it, and it is no wonder seeing as it is so bad for your health.

I don't smoke and while it does bother me I choose to ignore it when holding a conversation with the one smoking. If it gets overwhelming I step to another room or outside for fresh air.

It kind of does. The smell makes me feel sick. If someone smokes but they don't do it around me, I don't really care, except for I worry about them if I know about it (I'm just a worrywort like that)

Cigarette smoke will make me have an asthma attack. Pot smoke also gives me an asthma attack, with an added bonus of giving me an instant migraine.

I like to consider myself a "polite smoker".

When I know people don't like being smoked around, I don't smoke around them. I think it is only polite. And when I don't know, I try to remember to ask if they mind. LOL!! It is very funny as most people say, "it's ok, go ahead", but that is one of those automatic responses. So I make sure to say something like. "please feel free to say no. " If I know or see anyone pregnant, I don't smoke even though all Chinese women say, "no, it's ok, smoke!"

I've never dated any woman who smoked! It was just one of my standards that I kept.

It doesn't bother me unless I'm in an enclosed space (like the car). People who wear a lot of perfume or cologne give me a migraine though, so them I avoid.

I have recently caught a lot of flack about my smoking from several different people. I will quit when I'm ready...not when they think I'm ready. If they don't want to be around smoking, they can hit the door! I KNOW it's bad for me but it's very hard for me to give it up.

That's what my mother says, and personally I think "Then why should she quit?" Very few people ever had a problem with it until the media started using skewed statistics to make bullying smokers a popular and acceptable thing. And I hate bullies.

I hate smoking, it smells nasty and sticks to everything. I don't allow smoking in my house or property, in my car, or around my kids. If I am at someone else's house, I just have to deal with it.

It bothers me a lot, actually. But if it's a good friend and they're trying hard to stay downwind, I'll do my best to tolerate it. If they're trying to be respectable, I'll be less bitchy lol. But it does aggravate my asthma and migraines so I stay away when possible.
