I think this is a lovely picture for above the bed in my bedroom..

too busy? or maybe keep it on the darker side because the poster is lighter or go find a new bedding design?

looking for something Really nice under $400 for bedding definently NOT wal mart,target,jc penny anything like that looking for high thread count and there are some nice looking things at those stores its just everyone and their dog gets their bedding there and the thread count is low. (fyi in case anyone would want to suggest something besides my idea)bedding superstore looks like a great place if you wish to look.

I really like the bedspread and picture as separate entities, however I think putting both of them together would be a little to busy. If I were you I would choose which I liked better and choose a simpler piece to go along with it.

I think I'd go with a different bedding set with that poster. Maybe something bright with some color since the poster is dark and black and white.


Also...not all bedding from the stores you listed has low thread count. You can find some high quality bedding especially at Target or JC Penny..Walmart is a little more limited of what they have that is high quality but they do have a few nice sets there and especially for sheets you can find some really nice high thread count sheets there. Great thing about those places too is that you can go look at it in person and make sure it's comfortable and that it looks nice in person.

I like it too but I don't like the thread count..and the blankets look thin. I sent some links to her today to take a look at some things I had my eye on and see if any of them will work

I am really picky because my bedroom is the most important place to me and I'm having such a hard time picking 1 set

You know my friend who is a professional interior designer says there is something to be said about the concept that less is more but then again if it looks good to you then DO IT! The business of the black and white comforter might over power the lovely but monochrome art pic. Then again it might not, you'd have to place the picture and see for yourself. On a colored wall it might tone done the color and help to blend the other elements, on a white wall it would look stark. I'd love to see a pic like that on a blushing pink or even red wall just for the contrast but again it would depend on the rest of the furnishings and the proportion of the room. it's such a personal decision...but if YOU like it then by all means DO IT!

I actually found other ones I like better,she said the 2 pieces compete with each other,yea its too busy.. and I'm waiting for the reply of the woman of what paint colors work with other bedding options I picked out.

i like the poster a lot. the bedding could b really nice in a simple themed bed room. maybe two colors. dark basic and then a bold secondary. that's just my opinion.

I don't like that bedding anymore and the poster and bedding compete with each other,its too busy,the bedding is screaming and trying to hard I actually like link

but i never got around to buying either just can't afford either right now.
