"other" it's not cold out but I have no where special to go so haven't dressed up yet. I'm more of a skirt girl unless there's a reason to get all dressed up =)

I want to. And I plan on it. But then I get up in the morning, and it's just a tad to cold, and I chicken out, even though it ends up warming up later in the day.

No such thing as seasons in Florida (well, maybe Summer and Not-Quite-Summer), so I've worn dresses off and on throughout the year, depending on my mood and if it's cool enough.

It was 84 yesterday (though we've been threatened with cold/potential snow this week...blah...). But dresses aren't a spring/summer only thing for me.

Yes, but I wear dresses and skirts all year long regardless of the temperature. In the winter I just layer more, wear warmer dresses/longer skirts and tights.
