One per ear right now, but I've often considered adding a few more...I think if I actually go ahead and get my ears pointed someday like I've been considering for the past 5 years or so, I might get a piercing up near the point once they heal. =3

two per ear. I used to have a piercing at the top of my ear and ended up with a keloid! It's very large despite surgery and steroid injections, but that's because it has a nerve or something in there. It has caused me a lot of pain, but seems to be manageable when I'm keeping healthy.

So no more ear piercings for me, not after that incident. I can't have any cartillage piercings because I'm prone to keloids, but for me, it seems it's cartillage only, not other parts like ear lobes or belly button, eye brow, nipples, and my lip. They've all done well.

I don't ever use my second holes. I'd like to keep some diamond studs in there, but I always forget to buy a pair. I mostly have dangly, decorative earrings and no studs for daily regular wear.

I have two piercings in each ear.
