I rarely eat meat and if I do its never pork. Pigs are too close genetically to humans. But pulled pork is delish!

Let me just introduce you to one of my BFF's...

Sorry! Had to do it. Yes, I love bacon, but only eat it in moderation and am careful with the grease! I try to use as little as possible and then I soak as much of the excess up with towels before eating. I probably eat bacon once a month or less, but I DO enjoy it.

Not a big meat lover other than bacon.
