I would let it go unless she asks you about it. She might be embarrassed too.

I agree that I'd just let it go... don't make a big deal out of it, because it really isn't a big deal at all!

Let it go, pretend like nothing happened - you're an adult (I presume?).

No big deal! Don't worry, just let it go.

I would probably be embarrassed to, but I think letting it go may be your best bet. If you go talking about it, I have a feeling it might get even more awkward.

I'd just let it go. You're an adult and I'm assuming she didn't catch you actually using it. My mother-in-law has seen and heard it a lot as well. Her old cat actually used to drag our used condoms out of the garbage and play with them.

Let it go!

I'm going to let you in on a little secret; everyone masturbates. Well, almost everyone. The people who don't EVER masturbate are either asexual, have a medical condition, or have negative, guilt-ridden views of their own sexuality. Be proud of your vibrator; it means you're normal, healthy, and sexually adventurous and curious. It's a good thing, and nothing to be ashamed of.

I agree with everyone else. If that happened to me I'd probably just say, "woops, how did that get out here" lol and then quickly put it back in hiding.

I say let it go my father-in-law found my whole box when we were moving, he thought he would help unpack an my toys were labeled bathroom as that is where I store what little I have. Needless to say he found them nothing was ever said to me or me to him.

Take a deep breath and pretend it never happened unless she brings it up. Act casual about it if she does. It's really none of her business anyway.

How did she see it was it laying out in his room where ya'll go in privacy? Did she go through your stuff? Did it fall out of the bag? I mean I wouldn't care who seen my toys most everyone I know, knows I have them so it wouldn't bother me much at all. I mean his mom may have some of her own. I would let it go personally unless she brought it up then I would politely tell her its non of her business.

The funny thing is, I was in the middle of writing the review for that vibrator. When I write review I like to have the product on hand and in view....It was on the desk in my boyfriends room...the desk that you can see from the hall. I totally spaced that it was out and left the door open, she walked by, stopped and talked to him and then just kept walking. I don't know for sure that she seen it and if she did that she knew what it was, but the fact is that she walked by, her eyes were in its general direction, and that I'm super embarrassed!
LOL
Thanks for all the support guys...it helps a lot!!

She probably didn't even see it. If she did, don't worry! I'm sure she's either used one or has one herself! I understand feeling embarrassed, but it's a totally natural thing for you to have and use. Try not to sweat it!

There's nothing you can do. She must know you are an adult and a sexual being.

Just roll with it.

It isn't a big deal. The more upset you act, the worse it will be. Just take it stride and it in will be OK.

I wouldn't broach the subject with her. WHY would you do that?

And, how did she see it? Was she snooping? That's what people get who don't respect others' boundaries.

Let it go.

Well, at least you aren't 50 Shades of Grey. *rim shot*

You're an adult, yes?

If you go screaming into the room and defending the fact you have a vibrator (or sex at all) will only highlight immaturity, not deflect it.

One thing I learned after turning 30 was that 9/10 times, most people aren't really paying THAT close of attention to what's going on in your life and most people don't judge what you do in your life whether they agree with it or not. So making a big deal out of it will only make things worse.

It really isn't a big deal. If you're so upset about it, maybe you could talk to her and say how embarrassed you are, I'm sure she'd be sweet about it.

If you don't even know for sure if she saw it; I wouldn't worry about it. unless it was a realistic cock, she probably thought you had something else in your hand.

Let it go--you cannot take the moment back. Just act like nothing happened and do not bring it up. If she asks, tell her you review products occasionally and that was a massager that you were doing a review on. Then go on with your life.

Let it go, if she brings it up, refer her to here. Hell, she is probably already a member and is going to search for it to add to her wish list. Just be respectful if she goes all, "Don't bring that kind of crap in my house!" Be calm and keep this as a story to tell your daughter when you discover her vibrator one day.

Let it go unless she brings it up. You are an adult, and so is her son, so there isn't much she can say. I'd just laugh it off, and don't worry about it.
