I spend a lot of time on fb but in my defence I only use it to message back and forth with a good friend who lives on the other side of the world.

I only check if I am really bored..never got into it and don't post anything..just keep up with a few bands/game companies.

Most times I pop on there just to catch up on any notifications/messages I might have. Sometimes I'll stick around and go through the news feed too.

A few hours here and there. I am always logged on most of the time spent is sending messages back and forth.
