Favorite cat breed?

I had a rag doll when i was a child. He was amazing but I soon found that I was incredibly allergic to cats.

Other family members all have cats they adopted, and they've all been lovely. As much as I thought the rag doll was an awesome cat and is probably my favorite breed, I'd probably just adopt if not for my allergies.

Oh and another family member has a cat who's part siamese part tabby and she's drop dead gorgeous.

And of course, those scottish folds are f'n adorable.

I've always wanted a Ragdoll, but I'd rather adopt a kitty that needs a home than spend $600...
