mangos are awesome. they are not my favorite because it is hard to find one that is not over-ripe, and they don't last. pears and raspberries.

I can't pick one! Mangos are high up on the list though. Along with raspberries, grapefruit, oranges, apples, lime, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis.. I really love fruit. Mangos and raspberries tie for number one, though.

I quite love mangos too, though I wish they were a little easier to eat. The fibers like to stick in my teeth because I try to eat every little bit of fruit from the stone in the middle.

However, it's not my favourite fruit. It's difficult to choose, really. I love the fresh crispness of an apple, and the tart, bracing, bursting aryls of pomegranates. Grapes are always fun to eat, and oranges are so refreshing.
I do get excited every time persimmons are on sale, though... They're so mellow and unique tasting. I recommend trying one, provided it's reasonably fresh and priced well. They're at my nearby supermarket, but I'm not paying $2.99 for a single, smallish persimmon.
