I will refer to it as penis/dick in non sexual conversations.
We have used the terms pogo, magic stick, cock-accino (from "Zach and Miri make a prono") but the term we affectionately use the most is....master shafter!
I also have a special name for it, and don't know why I gave it that name but it has stuck and it is quite funny that it has bcs it is a persons name (I didn't know anyone at the time with that name but I have met one in the 6 years we've been together so we decreased the usage of that special name).
