There's so much I love. Carnitas, Tacos de Carne Asada, enchiladas, or this thing at one place in my city, it's called an Alambre. Basically it's steak, peppers, onions and bacon covered by cheese that somehow firms up and is almost like a burrito. Every time I eat it I know I'm shortening my life span, but it's so good. But I only eat two a year, otherwise my arteries might just harden right then and there.
