Well, I prefer fried foods. (You could fry anything, and I'd probably like it.) But I don't eat a lot of them. I eat more baked or grilled. I love grilling because the kitchen clean up is so minimal afterwards!
Although, we have started to use both for chicken. We start by frying them to get a good crisp skin/coating and then bake it for the rest of the way. Less grease and better flavor from the chicken. Oh ya, very juicy!
