Help me guys. (Package Nightmare)

(Before I begin, no this did not happen with a shipment I was getting directly from EF)

So I bought something recently off of another person. Specifically, I bought several gorgeous glass dildos that I've been yearning to try. I trust this person, so I really don't think it's anything from her end. She shipped them immediately, as expected, and sent me a tracking link. The package has $50 insurance.

Here's the thing - USPS claims that they delivered it at 1:57 pm today. My mother was home and said that there were no packages, and there was nothing by the door when I got here. When I went to check the mail (we have a single mailbox for my block - it's common here - but we all have individual keys and such), it wasn't in there even though it should have been. I live in a gated community, so I highly doubt it was stolen; I had a back-ordered package I forgot about lie outside for two weeks last summer because we were out of country and thought it wouldn't come until we got back and it wasn't stolen.

What do I do?
I'm really hoping that one of my neighbors didn't get it and open it... I'm planning to call USPS in the morning (I didn't get home until after they closed) but still. Could the tracking thing be mistaken?

Try not to panic! I've had packages say they had arrived but hadn't yet (not from Eden) and arrived the following day. If it doesn't come by the end of today, I would make that call.

Okay, I feel a bit better now. I'll give them today to deliver it, and if it doesn't arrive I'll make the call. Thanks!

I'll had a similar experience from Amazon.A package or supplements was marked delivered but was not at my door as indicated. The Carrier was On Trac. It never showed up and On Trac claimed they delivered it. Amazon gave me a credit. I asked On Trac to show a signature but no response at all. I never found out what happened to the shipment.

USPS has the same delivery person(s). If they claim it was delivered I would ask them to talk to the driver or wait for him/her in person this week and ask if they remembered which house they left the package at. If you have a parcel box then they would leave the key in the person's box. The mailperson should remember if you catch him/her soon.

Good luck.

I hope everything works out for you! Waiting on packages is always a nerve wracking experience, especially when it feels like something has gone wrong.

Here the USPS delivers mail to the wrong address frequently. Recently I ordered a book and waited and waited. Finally it arrived, delivered by my neighbor who got it by mistake. Tried contacting the USPS but they do not care. Horrible customer service. I had a package sent from EF this past spring. It was sent priority. It was sent from Atlanta, made its way through PA then went to NY before finally coming back South - TWO WEEKS LATER. I tracked my package through it's journey around the country. When I contacted USPS several times, I was put on hold forever and they never responded to my emails. I try never to ship through them but sometimes you do not have a choice.
