I would love to do some more international travel, but the time/money aspects of things right now present the biggest challenge. I've been to Germany/Switzerland (and very briefly in France), and Canada (and had a brief airline layover in Iceland) but that's been it for me so far.

Yes, but it's a country that is just like 1km away... Every few months or so, to buy things which are less costly there. Otherwise I've never gone anywhere.
