In the entire length of time I've been here (going on 2 years) I've probably created 5 or less. Two were about a return (I've only had to return two items & the customer service person was amazingly kind about having to send me a billion emails before my crazy inbox actually "accepted" it.) and two about when a product would be in (Zini Deux and one was a Forplay dress) and that may be all, but no more than 5. It's usually easy though & someone gets back to you very quickly and I don't think I've ever had an issue go unresolved. That is one amazing thing about EF. Customer service and all is magnificent & very patient.
It's normal for you to need extra assistance every once in a while. I'm sure we've all had something we've needed help with. But as far as having a problem with something, I can always rest assured it'll be taken completely care of, and quickly. So you definitely don't have to worry where that kind of thing is concerned. They'll take good care of ya.
PS. and you'll probably even get an email to your email address letting you know the support ticket is open and a customer service representative has replied.
