Well, I promised myself to start working out. So just this week I have bought a sports bra, new exercise clothes and a jumping rope that just arrived yesterday. At least I can't use the excuse of "no good sports bra" anymore...

I usually dont make neew years resolutions. they are too overrated, if a change needs to be made then it needs to be made, not wait until the new year come in

i had planned to make one just to break the next day, but i didn't even do that. never made one this year. is there still time? send me a message with some suggestions for next year! so that i can promptly break those as well.

side note: i've already given up drinking and smoking...have improved my diet from when i was in my twenties and exercise much more as well. all of the big ones have been taken care of...so the rest are more suggestions than resolutions.

Yep, I'm keeping on without issue! I've done really well on all of mine so far! I'm excited. I always hold up my resolutions though, even if it's not for New Year's. I'm good about not giving up on those things.
