I once made a "naughty cake" for a male friend on his 38th birthday. I cut out the digits as individual cakes covered in flesh-colored buttercream with the "8" having two mounds on top with nipples.

I agree that they can be tacky, so if you're going to do it, you need to consider the recipient and venue for the presentation. Afterall, if it's just between you and your partner, it can simply be a funny thing between the two of you!

I would think it is hilarious if I received a naughty cake!

Also, I have never made any. BUT, one of my friends had a party a few years ago and we all decided to make cookies and one of the guys demanded penis shaped cookies, so we made those.

I've never received one. If I do get one, I just hope I don't get it when my mom is around... or I'm in public.

I would love too!! I do no/low carb so cake is rare but if I'm going to step off the deep end and eat cake then why not have some big hot sexy chunk of.... well you know
