Sugar or plain. I lost my voice a few months ago and had to pour like 4 tablespoons of honey in every glass of tea and I had to drink tea constantly to talk at all. It was pretty disgusting, I'm not completely turned off to honey in tea.

When I opt for sweetness, I love honey. Otherwise I'll just drink my tea black.

Neither, as honey arguably isn't vegan, and refined sugar is seriously bad for you...maybe some agave nectar.
