You can add items to your "favorite items" list by going to:
Account --> My Favorite Products --> Product Search

Don't feel bad badass, Im confused about the site too. theres SO many things that I can do for points or things I want to do because I like someones store and I have no idea how to find anything! LOL Its frustrating me to pieces!
