I usually only eat them without being cooked but I put them in hot water, my ex use to tell me I was nasty for eating them that way. If I cook them all the way they have to be almost clear and I drain all the water out.

Clad to see I am NOT the only person who eats them "raw"

I don't eat the cup ones though I think those are nasty

i usually boil about three bags at once and drain all the water out. it's probably a boring way of doing it, but eh, it's how i prefer it.

I cook one bag, and add a boiled egg and some cabbage or meat with it.

I drain most of the water out of mine. Other than that, I don't do anything special.

I use ramen to get rid of odd leftovers and I cook it normally. I crave it plain when I'm sick though.

I don't really eat it as intended, but I will break it up (dry/unseasoned) and crisp it up in a pan with butter and sesame seeds and use it as the crunchy part of Asian cabbage salad.

Sometimes I eat it raw, but most of the time I cook more than one and drain most but not all of the water out and I like to add sour cream to my ramen! My man thinks I'm nuts but it's amazing lol

I don't use the seasoning since I'm vegetarian and haven't been able to find a veggie seasoning. I sometimes add eggs, vegetables, miso, steamed tofu.
