I try to stay away from flavored anything as much as possible these days. It's REALLY difficult.
I sometimes get the zero calorie flavored sparkling water though.
For me, having anything flavored just makes me crave the sugary tastes more. When that happens, be it from zero calorie waters, diet juices or sodas or non diet sodas and juices, I just want more and am more likely to make generally unhealthier choices.
Soooo I do the boring thing and try to drink water as much as possible.
