Only one. I know bits and pieces of French and Spanish from my school days, but I was never in a position where I needed to use them enough to become fluent.

English and conversational Hebrew. I can get around when I'm in Israel rather well, I can say the prayers and blessings, and can read and write it really well.

I'm really only fluent in English. I took 6 years of French and 3 of Spanish in school. I can read French and understand it but I cannot speak it, I just can't think fast enough to produce it. I can sometimes understand Spanish if I am reading it but it has to be something really simple like a children's book.
That is what happens when you take foreign language classes and have no one to practice with and can only read books to practice the language
