I usually only drink hard alcohol because beer fills me up too much and too fast and doesn't get me drunk enough... i get full before i get drunk

Depends on how good of friends they are. Sometimes I will drink just beer, but I prefer mixed drinks and mixed drink shots. If they are good friends, probably anywhere from 3-10. If they are newer friends, probably just a few. That way I can test the waters with them.

That also depends on if I have anything pressing to do early in the day the next day.

I've never been a big drinker myself. 1-2 drinks is usually enough for me to feel good but not to get sick or crazy.

Eh, 3-6 mixed drinks is fine. Or a few shots. I don't like beer and too many bottles of hard cider or bitch beer makes me nauseous from the sugar. This weekend I had two double mixed drinks and it was just about perfect.

A mixed drink and a few beers. My friends and I are into micro brews and specialty brews, so we end up drinking a lot of tasty tasty beers-- big hints of chocolate, coffee, or just a hoppy cute thing that tastes like a warm summer day... Mmmmm, beeeeeeeeeeer.

1-2 beers are all I can drink anymore. If I drink more, I start to feel the buzz and it is too similar to the damage to my head after the car wreck, it makes me feel extremely bad/ill/panicked. I think I am subconsciously scared I will not come out of that feeling. I felt like that for about three to four months after the wreck, so even a half hour now is too much!!

Bring on the "hard" drinks.

I'll mix all kinds of alcohols. Give me screwdrivers, shots, white russians, anything. I'll try it, and won't even feel sick the next day, and it takes a lot to make me start to feel drunk.

I don't like that about myself--- that it takes a lot to make me drunk. It makes me worry I'll get alcohol poisoned one day in an attempt to become drunk.

Even after drinking a lot I've never thrown up and have been able to walk and talk just fine. All my friends say I still seem normal except very red-faced.

I used to go all out -- shots, beer, whiskey, ick! It actually wasn't that awful until I had a nasty experience at a party where people didn't know how to keep from using another person's body, so I absolutely quit and refused to drink for a very long time. I'd only have beer and would only drink more than a couple if I was going to be with my partner the entire night. To this day I've still not gotten sloppy drunk, and I actually rarely ever do drink, but we have a lot of family parties with both my side & my partner's. His dad makes home-made wine & I always have about a half (or less) a glass of it and try one drink of new drinks everyone shares at our get togethers, but that's it. I like one beer every once in a while, but it's still been a very long time since I've even had one.
