My mom does my groceries for us due to my anxiety. Well, my step dad actually does it. He makes one big trip each week and stops in during the week for things he couldn't find on normal grocery day.

I go twice a week. Once to the regular grocery store, and once to the health food store.

I'm living in dorms with a meal plan that covers lunch and dinner, so I really only get groceries every week or two when I run out of breakfast supplies.

I do a major grocery shopping every other week on payday. I'll also do a few small fill in trips over the course of the two weeks for fresh foods and things we ran out of earlier than expected.

Once a week for major shopping, with a mid-week run sometimes if we are out of something, or a run to the seafood market.
