I try to go every 6 months for a cleaning but am guilty of procrastinating longer than that. How about you?

I go about every 6 months for cleanings just so that I hope I don't get any serious issues with my teeth. And of course, I love to have a great smile.

For a while, I had to go at least once a month. Then for a while, I didn't go at all. Now I am going about twice a year.

They schedule the next cleaning after they do one, that way I stay on top of them. My other half used to go every 6 months, but since we moved (5 years ago), he has only been once and his BP was so high at the time they refused to even clean his teeth!

i go every three or for months for cleanings i have dry mouth when i sleep so the plaque builds up more quickly

Every 6 months. Just went yesterday . I love how my dentist works with people like me when I lost my insurance. He accepts payments, has not charged me for visits before and doesn't charge the full price always.
