I did two to three times a week and then I hurt my foot and had surgery a couple weeks ago and I have 5 more weeks before I can walk . I'm so bummed because I was doing good and lost 15 pounds in 2 months and now I'm stuck on the couch or bed with a big plastic casting boot!
