I am 20 but I feel 40+ I take Centrum 50+ and supplements daily for vitamin d deficiency, arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, auto immune and lost goes on. I would love to be 20 and feel it but its not happening for me and that's okay.

I'm soon to be 59 and I have to say that some days I feel much younger, other days I feel my age. I actually work pretty hard to stay young - but not to the point of frustration, I can accept that there are some things that I just can't do as well as I use to.

That's actually one reason I love golf. Even as I age there are things I can improve on. My game is better today than it was 10 years ago - and that's a great feeling.

I am very close to 30. I typically feel like either a young child or an elderly person. I rarely feel my own age.

I am in my late 20's but I feel like a teenage I love to laugh and it helps be feel young

I'm 22, but mentally I feel like I'm ~30 (judging by other 30 year olds I know). My knees hurt when I go up and down stairs, so that makes me feel older but in general I'm in pretty good health thank goodness.

I'm early 20's but I've always mentally felt older..but like my bones pop nd crackle when I get up.. Sometimes I feel old, I feel a lot older than when I was in college and it was not that long ago...
