It is driving me nuts that i forgot the name lol.. I figured i could look around in online stores for it
but no luck with out the name..
These are sort of like a jacket or cover up.. It just goes to the bust line.. usually long sleeves, some don't even cover the breast all the way.
You can wear them with a strapless dress or tank top....

A shrug. You can find some at bridal stores or other stores that sell formal dresses.
