If you could dye your hair ANY color without getting told that it's not okay, to dye it back normal, etc. what would that color be? And why? Vote in the poll below, and explain in the comment section!

I decided today that I'm tinting my hair purple or finally going a grey/white with light purple tips. I've always wanted to do it, but could never do it because of my old job and because it's hard finding the right stylist/product to get the job done right.

I'm doing it this week! lol

I chose the colors I would be most likely to do, but really, I've done all of the above, and I would love to do it again! At one point, unless you knew me from ages 14 and younger, you might not have known my natural hair color!!!

One of my favorites was dying it black, and framing my face was orange or pink

My hair's red, so I've always stuck with that. Not very adventurous with the hair color I'm afraid. But I love to see people who are.

Currently my hair is short enough to do a little fauxhawk, and is purple, bright red, hot pink, and there used to be some blue in there. It's all due for a re-dye though since it all pretty much looks purple. I want to try a drastically different color, but I'm not sure what to go with. I've done blue, I've done pink, I've done purple. I might like to try an actual green or maybe orange.

I'd love to dye my hair back to red (I've had it that colour before). Unfortunately to do that I'd have to bleach my hair first, and since I'm growing it out to donate it for locks for love, I cannot bleach my hair or it wont be any use to them. I think maybe once I chop my hair off to donate, I'll do something wild with the rest of it

I die my hair a natural red color (im one of the only not natural red heads in my family) But if I could dye my hair purple and have it actually be purple and not fade to weird funky colors (oh and ya know get away with it in polite society) I would always have purple hair!

The only color I havent dyed my hair is greyish white. And not for the lack of trying. My hair is almost black naturally and it doesnt take to bleach well. I have to bleach it tons of times to even get it blonde. I tried to dye it grey a few times when I was 14 15 ish. But it just wasnt going to happen. Its funny because my boyfriend told me he always wanted to dye his hair grey too when he was the same age. Maybe we are just weird.

Ive had it just about every color listed above though. Im over the hair dying thing. My parents always let me do whatever I wanted with my hair, she even dyed it blue for me when I was in 8th grade.

I actually had blue hair at one point, not just streaks, my entire head, and it looked amazing. But faded really fast and looked awful. Now I don't dye my hair at all anymore because it's not worth the upkeep.

I've died my hair a few times. I went brunette once, except the eyebrows. I've had black and windows 98 blue for eyebrows.

Nowadays, my hair is just too thin to look good colored.

I used to have my hair stop sign red and loved it. I had to get rid of it for work though. If I could have it how I wanted, I'd have black with bright red streaks in it. Or maybe hot pink. I miss fun colors in my hair.

Colored hair could be fun for awhile, but I think it would be more effort/upkeep than I'd like. I actually like my natural color, and it's a dark brown that would require bleaching before it would really take any color.

I am all about girls with dyed hair. I have always been a guy who was attracted to plain jane apple pie girls or off the reservation goth girls. Im all about dyed red or black hair even if its just streeks.

I've dyed part or all of my hair spontaneous colours for years. From blue to bleached white. But I think it would be cool to pull off a rainbow in the fringe of my hair. Just because. The way I see it, people should play with their hair. Because hey, it goes back to normal once it grows out!

I've actually dyed mine all the colors I've ever wanted. I started doing my own hair at 9 years old and eventually started doing other's in my own home as a teen. I practiced for years on my own hair and I did end up with tons of horrible disasters, but it worked out because I was able to learn from the mistakes that way I didn't make them on other's hair. I dyed mine crazy bright red in the 4th grade and kept a seperate braid on the side of my head that bright red for years. By the way, my hair was past the back of my knees! Lol. My very first hair cut was when I was 13! Lol. My hair has been cut less than 15 times in my entire life. Anyways, after the strand of red I went to different colors and started learning to highlight my whole head. Then when I was a teen I dyed the entire bottom layers neon pink! I loved it, but it's hard to keep up since it fades. That was my most recent color besides white lights. But I would do it again if I had the time to take care of it, but I already have to keep up a high maintenance cut as it is and I ain't about to add to that work! Lol.

I think the purple ends and grey hair will look absolutely awesome!
