I would choose shape shifting! I think it would come in hand more than anything else. Wanna fly? Shift into a bird! Wanna be invisible? Shift into a fly and spy from the wall! Many benefits to that one lol.

Teleportation
I could travel with new planes, trains, or waits. I could sleep in the luxury suit in a Hilton without anyone really knowing sometimes. You really don't even need a home or many possessions if you teleport. You could teleport into weddings or banquets to grab a bite to eat. You can "sneak" into concerts or private events. You could also be like a Peter Parker - take pictures of exclusive events/people and acquire cashflow.
