I am going to agree, sometimes wasting time (in a way you enjoy) can be very therapeutic. In that case, it's not really wasted.

No, my relaxation activities make me happy and leave me more capable of being productive in other ways because I feel more balanced.

I feel anxious when I waste any sort of time. I have lots of priorities and often procrastinate... so it sucks.

Generally, no, but I do tend to see even enjoyable things as a waste of time when I'm trying to push myself to finish a project or if I have to do some cleaning.

Depends. If there is something I enjoy doing that you think is a waste of time, then to you it's a waste of time but to me it's not. It depends on the person.
