I've been assigned by my therapist to make a list of qualities within myself that other people - whether they be potential new friends or new partners - would find attractive. The things that make me socially or romantically marketable. This really has me thinking. If you were assigned the same, what would you say (no, I'm not just looking for ideas ) ?

I'm doing the same with a life coach. It REALLY makes you look at what you have and what you can offer, and you find out how really wonderful you truly are.
