Being a military brat and moving cross country a few times, I've been to probably 43-45 states. I can think of 5 for sure I haven't been (Hawaii, Alaska, North Dakota, Washington and Oregon), but there might be a couple others? Hard to keep track of at this point.

I think I've been to 24 plus Washington DC. It would be more if you count just driving through or being in the airport, but I don't count that.

New York, Nevada, California, Florida, Connecticut, Vermont, and Arizona. So only seven.

I have been to four, would love to go to more but money and gas are things I need to do that..

I've only been in 5, but I only count for of them. For one it was a family get together, but I was so sick about the only things I saw were gas station bathrooms, the hotel room, and the hospital

Well, 10 if you are only counting states I spent time in, 16 if you also count states I have driven through. And Washington DC, which is not a state really.

I've driven through a whole lot more than I've spent time in, but if we're going off of places I wasn't just passing through and actually did something in, I've been to 12; Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, Indiana, Florida, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Wyoming, and Nevada.

Being an airline pilot, I have been to most states. Except for Washington, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alaska, and Minnesota. So that makes 40 states that I have visited.

35 states so far. I have 9 in the NE to hit & have thought to do a long weekend & hit them. the 2 hardest will be N & S Dakota. Last year I planned on driving the northern route to hit those 2 when we moved to WA from MO, but the early spring time floods & snow in the mountains were unpredictable so we took another route.
Planning on HI & AK in 2012, then I believe I just have LA, NM.
