So I have been having a debate with my partner on dancers and strip clubs.
I have made the comment of "If I was tiny enough I would go dance on a pole to put myself through school."
His response-"I have seen girls WAY bigger then you at a strip club I have went into an men showering them with money, not all men want to see the tiny women."

So my question is if or when you went to a strip club would you prefer to only see the small women or would you like to see all different shapes an sizes? I know not all men or women like the thin body type and not all prefer the bigger plus sized ladies. So, I want to see how it weighs out with who you would prefer to see on stage.

The one time I went had both (and all shapes), though there were certainly more slender girls. The ones who got the most money were the very curvy, Jessica Rabbit types - they were the ones who had the body strength to do the really neat tricks on the poles.

I wouldn't mind a mixture. There are plenty of girls who aren't that slender who can do amazing things on those poles. I've seen it myself on youtube.

I would rather a whole bunch of shapes and sizes. I rather look at a fuller woman than a skinny mini. I was always very tiny and it took me about 3000 protein shakes and actual army boot camp just to get some shape. A fuller woman would be able to show so much more curves and shake, I think.

Everyone has a flavor they prefer. Size is no different!

unfortunately many clubs will not hire fuller figured dancers, or average for that matter. I think they are very mistaken in not doing so.

While I think diversity is good I think you put too much stock into body size.

I'm about 4'10 and 85 pounds and I've over powered people twice my size who way at least 120 pounds. It all depends on the person and the training.
Muscles don't give curves - a slender stick of a woman can just as easily have muscles as one with more obviously muscled arms and abdominals.

First, I have no desire to go to a strip club, but being a larger woman, I would like to see larger women being comfortable enough in their own skin to do something like that.

I have never been into a strip club to be honest, I hangout with a few dancers though. I was told that in one club if you are thick or heavy they won't allow you to work even as a server or bartender. Not all men want skinny or thick chicks some men want BIG and MEATY women. I just wish bigger women weren't shunned away in a lot of places that are nudity related.
