No. I'm like a physical person, affectionate. I want to be with someone I can actually be with in person. But that's just me. It's not for me but great for those that it does work for.

i have never thought about it but i do know someone that did meet off the internet and then have been together for almost 10 years and they have a kid together.

My friends have had nothing but negative experiences with online dating, so I wouldn't consider it. I did have an okcupid account for a couple weeks, but I couldn't stand the grammar, spelling, and flirting fails.

I met my SO online over ten years ago - not through a dating site - it was a book forum. We were friends for years before we became anything more, but if it were not for the internet, we would have never met at all...and I cannot begin to imagine how different my life would be. I am very thankful for the internet bringing us together.

I've met lots of wonderful people online and have met men that I've been in relationships with. I met my husband online and we started dating a couple months later. We've been married for almost 2 years now.

I met one of my partners through a dating site, but we lived like 10 minutes away from each other. I am so physical that I would have to see my partner in person very regularly.

yes I am dating someone I met online. We were online friends for 2 years before traveling to a state in between out homes too see a concert together That night i returned with him to his state to spend the weekend... I returned home and we visited once one another back and forth for a few months. we decided to be together So I left my job and moved in with him. we've been together for almost to years and I don't regret it

"Met via internet" is different from "whole relationship is online." The first has sorta happened for me, it's neat.
I could see having a non-exclusive relationship with some sexual interest with someone far away. I couldn't see being exclusive in that scenario, though.

I have and did so before. I met a LOT of good friends over the web, and not so good ones. I had an LDR with someone I met online, (it long ago ended badly), and I also fancy another I met online whom I've been friends with for many years prior. However with the way things have been going in my life, the chances of an LDR working through web (or even an in-person relationship for that matter), are slim to nil as I just have too much going on.
